–This is the first salad bar for the Crisp franchise and is located on the corner of Bourke St and William St catering for the corporate crowd at the west end of the CBD.

–The clean palette of while tiles, timber and brass reflect the brand’s philosophy of simplicity, and emphasises the focus on Crisp’s fresh and local produce.  The white tiles are used functionally across all of the service areas and work playfully across the timber walls where the dry goods are displayed, to connect the two materials.

–The layout was made easy by following the order of service from the salad bar to the payment counter. By contrast the salad bar is cooler and cleaner than the end counter which is situated in a timber nook.
