–1:1 Architects were engaged by Country Road to undertake the refurbishment of their existing head office in Richmond.
–The project included the development of a new working model for the office culture, creating a space to support ‘virtual teams’, encouraging connectivity between departments, breaking down satellite teams and integrating the design process into the main office floor while working within the constraints of the existing heritage-registered building.
–The project involved working with the various departments and coordinating their varying requirements to come up with a design that provided a new approach to their current operations.
