–This second new salad bar for the Crisp franchise is located just off Bourke Street in the heart of the bustling CBD to cater to hungry lunchtime crowds.

–The layout is simple and clear and has a direct visual line through to the blackboard communication wall. This is used to outline specials and emphasise the seasonal, local, fresh and healthy philosophy and ingredients of the Crisp franchise.

–Crisp II aims to maintain the fresh, fast, clean and reliable image of Crisp while introducing a more unique and relaxed café style vibe. This accentuates the brand’s seasonal, family owned, local and down to earth nature.

–The green chevron painted feature is reminiscent of chopped lettuce and is bold and eye catching from Bourke Street. Other colours in the store remain muted, highlighting the colourful fresh salad ingredients, and giving an overall clean and sophisticated look.
