−1:1 Architects were engaged by Walton Constructions in a construction managed project for an international finance company. Their brief was to provide a design that suited the corporate requirements and branding of the company but that also met the project’s budgetary requirements and that facilitated the issuing of a building permit.
−The installation of a raised-access floor allowed for flexibility within the layout and simplified the services reticulation. The open-plan office floor and glazed partitioning throughout maximises natural light throughout the space.
