−As a variation of the ALDI 08 design scheme, the ALDI Kallangur Supermarket comprises the same architectural elements tailored to the site-specific conditions.
−Due to prefabrication of most of the architectural elements, the building erects to a weatherproof stage in less than four weeks. The project’s tower-incorporated plant room will minimise sound pollution to adjoining neighbours.
−A separate tenancy building for five tenants corresponds in the same architectural language to the larger ALDI supermarket. This development will provide an excellent bundled shopping experience.
